Roast Seitan Roulade
For the stuffing:
Blend the garlic, beans, stock, soy sauce and oil.
Mix dry ingredients together then pour in the blended mix.
Knead until a sticky dough is formed.
Sauté leek and mushroom, mix your packet stuffing to instructions then combine.
Flour your work top, roll the dough out into an oblong.
Add a layer of stuffing & press down firmly.
Roll into a log, wrap tightly in tin foil & bake at 200c until firm.
This takes about an hour.
Remove the tin foil, place on a baking tray, baste with stock & keep warm or reheat.
